Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped within 2-4 working days after confirmation. You will receive a notification via SMS, email, or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
Orders having Custom products are shipped within 4-7 days. Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Saturday, and delivery takes another 5-10 working days based on your location. (*For North-Eastern States it may take up to 15 days.) All shipping charges will differ for foreign countries.
Once the order is confirmed - No changes will be allowed; No cancellations, no additions, no change in products, no change of coupon codes. please check everything before order confirmation.
Note: In case any product from your order becomes unavailable due to any reason or facing any delay, Will connect you within 1-2 working days via call or msg to inform you regarding possible delays.
RTO: (Return) Due to Customer Mistake: if a shipment is returned due to mistake or negligence on the customer's part—such as providing an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect contact information, failing to answer calls from the courier and from the vendor (Rainbow India) or not being available to accept delivery, etc —the customer will be responsible to bear RTO charges and Reshipment charges of the parcel. (Cancellation of order will not be entertained)
In case the delivery status shows “delivered” and you have not received the product yet, you need to inform us within 24 hours. You are requested to send an email with your order ID with the subject “wrong delivery status” to +91 8200545289.
Failing to do so within 24 hours doesn’t make you entitled to any refund or any support from our team
Shipping charges on the website are for up to 25 kg only, If your order is beyond that weight we will call you for additional charges. If there are any duties or taxes in other countries the costume will be liable to pay.
